I founded Wayfinder with a vision to help nonprofits get funding faster-without the stress. I've spent my career in the nonprofit sector; I know how many hats you have to wear! Grant guru is sometimes one of them. I also know there's a better way!

 

My professional background is in the field of developmental disabilities in Ohio. For over 20 years, I have worked in various capacities including direct support, service coordination, and program oversight. As a nonprofit director, I stumbled upon grant writing and absolutely loved it.

Grant research and writing align with my obsession with details and love of writing and storytelling. Combined with my history of community connecting and relationship building, making the leap to freelance grant consulting felt right.

I specialize in working with organizations that support people with developmental and other disabilities, at-risk youth, specialized transportation and pre-employment skills training for underserved populations. I am dedicated to helping social services nonprofits make a real difference in the world.

My ultimate goal is to provide resources that help amazing -but busy-organizations have a successful grant funding plan.
